The Shabby Tea Room - Week #17 "Let's Make An Impression"

This week at The Shabby Tea Room we want to "Make An Impression"
Who's up for a little embossing?  Dry or wet, what's you're favorite?
Audrey is the hostess this week and she has challenged us to see what we can
come up with using embossing on our projects.
I have to say that I love the look of both types of embossing but of course the dry is a little easier to do.  My favorite embossing tool would have to be my Cuttlebug Swiss Dots embossing folder.  I've decided to break from tradition this week and make a tag instead of a card.  I guess I am smitten with tags this week, they are so versatile and come together so quickly!  I decided to emboss my tag and the butterflies for a more dimensioal look.  My patterned paper is from The Girl's Paperie, LOVE THAT PAPER!!!
Go see Amy at Frost It Pink for some of that yumminess!
Cardstock, label die and sentiment are from Papertrey Ink (can you say addiction?)

OK enough details, On with the wonderful sponsor for this week!
A big thank you to Aesa from Pixie Petals Etsy Shop who is offering the Tea Room winner a $10.00 gift certificate to her shop.  He shop offers vintage and vintage-inspired embellishments as well as handcrafted blooms, bits and bobs!  Check out these beautiful items!
Please don't forget to check out what the design team over at The Shabby Tea Room has created to inspire you!  They are such a creative bunch, I am lucky to be creating along side of them!
OK NOW..... On your mark.....Get set......GO!!!!!!  EMBOSS!!!
Have a great day everyone!  I already am!
{hugs) Lisa

  2. Love your tag, Lisa! I think it's wonderful you've created a project other than a card to inspire us in the Tea Room this week. And I so love that Swiss Dots embossing folder. The butterflies and label look wonderful with their dots. Love that paper, too. I finally just got my hands on some this weekend.
