Perk Up!

Welcome back to another blog post for The Coffee Loving Cardmakers!

Today in my ICU I have a sweet coffee card that is sure to perk you up!

I used a darling stamp set by Darcie's Heart and Home called 

Mocha Me Crazy. I just adore the sweet graphics in Darcie's stamp sets!

Here is my card for today:

I started with some Doodlebug patterned paper from the Cream and Sugar 

paper pad and covered my card base with it. The little coffee cup and percolator

from the Darcie's Mocha Me Crazy stamp set 

were watercolored with my Zig markers and cut out with my Scan n Cut.

The center white panel was embossed with my large circles embossing folder

and layered on the patterned paper.  I used a banner die from MFT to cut out the

 floral strip under the main images. To finish off my card I stamped the sentiment from 

the same stamp set on to a speech bubble from the Lawn Fawn Chit Chat stamp set and dies.

I just love how this sweet set turned out!

I'll be back again soon with some more caffeinated craftiness in my ICU!

You Mocha Me Crazy

Hello crafty friends, I have another design team project for 

KaDoodle Bug Designs! Today I made a super cute shaker tag using 

an image from the Valentine Frappuccino Cutie file.

I am totally in love the that cute frap and her big eyes!

I used a Stitched Scalloped Nesting Tag from Kat Scrappiness for the base.

I die cut 2 tags at the same time inside of one another to get the frame 

for the shaker. I cut the larger tag a second time from pink polka dot 

paper from Papertrey Ink for the back of the tag.

All the pretty sequins inside of the tag are from the 

Kat Scrappiness sequin shop!

I used at least 3 different pink mixes to get some real sparkle!

The heart banner at the top is from Jaded Blossom and it is called

Banner Dies. These banners are so cute because they come with the 

banner and the nesting shape for inside!

A few Kat Scrappiness Pink Jewels and some Stickles 

on the hearts and this tag was done and CUTE!

The sentiment is also from the KaDoodle Bug file where I 

got the cup and I matted it on some pink paper.
