i-Crafter February Inspiration Hop

Hello everyone and welcome back to another release from the brand new company
i-Crafter. Inspired by crafters, for crafters. Get ready for some fun because there are 5 new products being showcased this month by the design team and you are going to love them. Let's not waste any time, here are the 5 die sets we are focusing on today:

Pop Up Wiper Insert

So many dies, so many many possibilities!!!

Let's start with the Animalopes!
These dies help you put together the cutest little envelope that is the exact size of a gift card. What's nice about the dies is that you can add cute little animal elements to any project, they're not just plain envelopes. I made 3 "Animal Envelopes" and one card using the animal elements.
First up is the trio of envelopes. I made a mouse, a rabbit and a skunk. It's fun to mix and match the different elements in this die set to make any animal you want.

For my next project I made a unicorn card and I used the brand new
Hybrid ink pads that are also being released at i-Crafter.
There are 12 beautiful colors to choose from and I used 6 of them on my card to make my rainbow clouds. The colors I used, in rainbow order are as follows:

The "THANKS" word die comes from the Pop Up Wiper Insert dies and can be used with or without the Pop Up element.

If you haven't checked out the new i-Crafter brushes yet you must see them. They are mini brushes that look just like daubers but they have soft bristles on them and are ideal for ink blending in small spaces. They are also color coded so you can keep them in their own color families. The set comes with 10 brushes and they are just as cute as can be!

The next die set I want to share with you is called Cherry Blossom and I really went all out on this card. One of my favorite color combinations is pink and gold and these dies make layering so easy!

In addition to the Cherry Blossom dies I also used the butterfly from the Love Bugs die set and the "Love" word die from the Heart Hands Wiper Insert dies that we showcased last month.
I die cut the word "Love" out of pink cardstock and then dipped the bottom half of the word in Ranger Watermark Ink. I then dipped the word in Ranger Gold embossing powder and heated it up until it was melted.  I repeated the process on the border of the embossed panel.  That's A LOT of gold for one card! These flowers add that perfect elegance to any project.

Floral Garden is the next die set up on the blog. These dies include 15 individual pieces that make up the cutest little garden you've ever seen.  I knew the minute I laid eyes on them that I wanted to make a pop up box card.

I also added some adorable bugs from the Love Bugs die set which brings me to my next card.

For some extra added fun on this card I used some colorful foil for the sentiment.  I printed the sentiment out on my laser printer and then ran it through my Minc Foil Applicator with some Deco Rainbow foil from Therm O Web.

The cutest thing about the Love Bugs dies is that they come in multiple layers so you can make your bugs in a rainbow of colors. Fun fact, I'm not a fan of bugs at all but if you add a little bit of glitter paper, they become much more tolerable!

The last card I have to share with you today uses dies from 3 of the sets we are showcasing today. The flowers are from the Cherry Blossom set, the butterfly is from the Love Bugs set and the "THANKS" word die is from the Pop Up Wiper Insert dies.

I just love how these beautiful colors really pop against the black background!
It's so much fun to combine multiple die sets on one card.  The floral themes go so well with the bugs and sentiments.  You will have endless fun combining all the flowers and bugs!

i-Crafter January Release

If you haven't heard yet there's a new company in town and it's called i-Crafter. If you have heard than you know the excitement surrounding all the great new products!
Click this link to see my first blog post that explains more about the company and you can see some of the first projects I made.
I'm a-Maze-d By You

Today is my second post for i-Crafter  and I have 2 more cards and 1 tag to share with you.

The products I used for today's projects are the Heart Maze dies, the Amaze Me stamp set and the Zip Gift Tag dies.

Zip Gift Tag Dies
Amaze Me Stamp Set
Heart Maze Dies
The first project was made using the Zip Gift Tag dies

I just love this set of dies because it allows you to make a gift tag with a zipper in it that hides a gift card. To dress up these gift tags there are 3 sentiment dies and 6 images to change up the theme. For my tag I chose the flower die and the thanks sentiment. The nice thing about this die set is that the tag can be used by itself to create a plain tag for any occasion.

The next 2 cards were made using the Heart Maze dies and the Amaze Me stamp set.

I just love using the Heart Maze dies, they are so much fun!
The possibilities are endless and I just love the little lock and key die included in the set.

I hope you've enjoyed my projects today. Make sure you check back on February 1st to see all the inspiration the DT will share using the February release.

Have a great day, I already am!

I'm a-MAZE-d by You!

Good morning, today I'd like to share with you a few more projects I made using
some of the brand new products from i-Crafter!
It's been an exciting weekend at Creativation and I'm headed home today inspired by everything I've seen! i-Crafter made their big debut at Creativation and aside from their awesome stamps and dies, they are coming out with some great inks and tools as well!

One of the dies that I am particularly smitten with is the Heart Maze Dies.

With Valentine's Day right around the corner you'll just love creating all sorts of cards with these dies! Aside from the adorable maze die there is a cute lock and key die as well. I created a shaker card with the maze die and I filled it with fun seed beads so they would roll around easily inside the maze.

Make sure you check out the i-Crafter website for a lot more inspirational stamps and dies! You can also check out the stamp set that goes along with the Heart Maze Dies, it's called Amaze Me and it features a neat little maze stamp and 2 fun sentiments.

Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you have a crafty day!
Have a great day, I already am!

Introducing i-Crafter

This is a very exciting day and I've been waiting a while to share this awesome news!
I'd like to introduce you to a brand new company that I will be designing for called i-Crafter!
You may have heard of the very crafty and creative designer Lynda Kanase and if you
haven't then let me introduce her to you!
This new company is called i-Crafter and it is Lynda's baby.
Lynda has created some fun stamps and dies that are both
interactive and innovative and you are going to LOVE playing with them!
You can find Lynda over on her blog by clicking on this link:

I'd like to share with you some of Lynda's thoughts and philosophies on
this brand new company in her own words.

i-Crafter is a fresh new company, truly inspired by crafters, for crafters.
What we believe:
We believe that CREATIVITY lives in all of us
That creativity is the IMAGINATION made visible
That LEARNING new things can and should be fun
That creativity flourishes when we take time to EXPERIMENT and make mistakes
That MAKING things with our hands is good for the soul
That CURIOSITY makes life infinitely more interesting

i-Crafter is a company backed by years of experience in the crafting industry.
Built from the ground up with a lot of blood, sweat and tears {of joy}
by people who truly like working with each other.

Let's make something together. -Lynda Kanase

Now that we have the introductions out of the way let's get to the FUN STUFF!
Lynda's new company is being revealed at Creativation 2020 this weekend!
She will be showcasing her awesome products and introducing her new
company to the crafty world!
If you happen to be there this weekend make sure you stop by
Booth 2357 and say hello!
I am extremely honored to be part of Lynda's talented design team
and today you can hop around to our blogs to see some of the fun
projects we've been making in preparation for the January release!

Today I am sharing some projects using the new products
being released this month.
There are 4 dies and 1 stamp set being released this month:

My first card features the interactive Heart Hands Wiper Dies

These hands actually come together to form a heart when you open up the card!
This die set also comes with the word "Love", which you see on the front of
the card,  as well
as the slotted heart you see on the front and inside of the card.
The possibilities are endless as to what you can put in between those
cute hands when they open up!

My next card features the Heart Maze Dies

I am just in love with this die! It actually cuts out a maze in the shape of a heart!
It's adorable and the heart with the keyhole and the key come with the
set as well! I did not have the matching Amaze Me stamp set when I made this card
so I printed out a sentiment from my computer that matched the theme.
There is however a stamp set that goes with these dies that has some
adorable sentiments like "You AMAZE me" and "I'm LOST without you".
Also included in the stamp set is a stamped image of a square maze.

After I received the stamp set I made this card that features
one of the sentiments and the square maze.

The next die set being released this month is called the Zip Gift Tag Dies

This cool die makes a gift tag that has a zipper element to reveal a gift card
inside of your tag. It's a surprise until the recipient "unzips" the pull tab to
reveal the surprise on the inside. On this tag you can see the "Birthday Cake"
and "For You" cut outs that are included with this die set.
There are several other dies included to allow you to personalize your
tags like flowers, a star and a heart.

The last project I have for you today features the Making Faces Die Set

This die set comes with multiple different male and female faces that you can customize.
There is also an extra die that you can use to cut out glasses, bowties and even a
goatee! You can literally make any different combination of hair color or skin
color or accessories for men or women.
I chose to give my couple some red and blue hair and I also used the base
of the Zip Gift Tag Dies as the background for this tag.
If you notice I used the "Love" die from the Heart Hands Wiper die
on this tag and I die cut it a second time so I would have the letter "u".
It's actually the "v" from the "Love" word but I think it doubles
pretty well as the letter "u" in this case.

I would love to share some more projects with you but I think
I'll save a few for later in the month.

I hope you're hopping along with the design team for
all the inspiration and fun!
You should have hopped here from Jessica F's blog and your next
